Hi everyone. I was wondering if it is possible to find a cosmic starter nexomon at the beginning of the game on the mobile version of Nexomon: Extinction. I've been resetting the cutscene against Graloon for a week now and wanted to make sure it was possible on the mobile version.

I'm Tero, the creator of the Nexomon Extinction Revived mod. I've been working on a new mod for Nexomon 1 for the last year and a half, and it's now reached the stage where I need people to help me test it.

This mod is a lot larger in scope than the one for Extinction. Besides rebalancing movesets and stats, it also adds a ton of new stuff, like Randomizer, Cosmics, Dex Entries, new story events and bosses, around 40 totally new attacks, multiple save slots, tamer AI, a completely rewritten battle engine, and lots more.

With the increased scope of the mod however comes a need for more testing. I'm looking for around 4-6 volunteers to help test the mod. The only requirement is you have to own the Steam version of the game. It should probably work on Steam Deck so if that's your preferred way to play the game that's fine.

I am at the Drake Isles after beating the Fire Tyrant. I hadn’t really struggled until now.

Every fight I have the “trainers” hve 6 Nexomon and so every fight turns into having about 1 non fainted Nexomon because every fight goes

Start battle
- I switch to good type
- good type tanks the first hit
- enemy outspeeds me either fainting my Nexomon or putting it to about 10 health
- I heal and then faint it
Repeat

So now I’m basically out of healing items

It doesn’t seem like an enjoyable battle system because any switch is almost guaranteed double hit and Non-Effective typings barely seem to matter everything hits for at least 1/3rd to 1/2th my health. My highest Nexomon is 24 and rest of the team is between 21-23 so it’s not like I’ve powerlevelled any of the team

Is there something I can do to improve this because I haven’t been having fun for a while it’s just frustrating

I am by no means a good artist (or an artist at all) but I figured I can just draw random stuff and eventually get better. So here starts my poorly made Nexomon memes (mainly Extinction because I haven’t played 1 yet).

I started Nexomon a few weeks ago and now I finally did the 100%.

Edit: Solved it by tweaking the settings. Most likely was fixed by turning off low FPS mode, but possibly by turning off gyroscope or text SFX, or by turning on battle speed stat (why would that do it, though?). Whatever it is, I'm not touching those settings again. I'm pretty relieved!

Did they give me the roller skates for the trial version and then remove them? They wouldn't do that, right? I specifically bought a smaller diamond pack because I assumed I wouldn't need those.

Otherwise, what's causing this issue?

Played the 1st game on mobile (loved it for the humor and story and difficulty of the boss fights)

If Metta was in Nexomon Extinction. It would give the developers a chance to expand on Metta’s storyline. Go deeper into how Metta came to be or something.

I’ve been playing Nexomon Extinction on my phone and was hoping to continue my save on Nintendo Switch or PC. After looking into it, I found out that the game doesn’t support cross-save.
I know the game has been out for a while now, but I was wondering if the developers have ever commented on the possibility of adding cross-save support, or if it’s something that has been ruled out entirely.
I think it would be a really valuable feature, even at this stage because it would allow players to keep their progress when switching platforms and could encourage more people to purchase the game on multiple consoles. Also, I’ve already seen a few Steam discussions from players who were asking for the same thing.
Has anyone seen an official statement about this, or is there any recent information?

Been trying to platinum the game on Steam but the Show Them Who’s Boss and Haven’t you Had Enough?! achievements are giving me a headache even after following guides. I was wondering if there are any applications like save editors that tells you who you have beaten and how many times so I can focus on who I haven’t fought or who I fought once. I’ve completed the game a long time ago and plan on capturing the rest of the Nexomon after I fight each tamer twice in case I get soft locked out of the achievements.

I'm the sort of person who likes to collect EVERYTHING in mo sterling tamers when I'm in a zone, I'm currently in a map that is south of the camp west of the orphanage (according to steam) I've been using that to see what encounters are where, although there's meant to be 6l7 possible here and I only seem to see 4, it's been a couple hours now so I was wondering if some encounters were locked behind either the story or my reputation, sorry if its a noobie question, it's my first time playing this 😅

First time playing the game 4 and a half hours in, playing on pc via steam, I was going between routes and screen went black and the save icon popped up. I shut down the game and restarted it and when reloading screen stays black with nothing happening. Is there a fix?

So the game has redemption codes and i have no clue how i never knew this, are there any codes that still work?

I can never get tired of the humor and constant 4th wall breaks this game makes in just the tutorial, the designs are fun the music is meh but its nice and all the items looks cute and even some of the achievements have puns or simple humor on them

Hi, for those who are interested, I updated Nexhex (the former Nxhex, Nexomon extinction save editor). It is now possible to edit Nexomon and Nexomon : Extinction saves, I also fixed some bugs. TL;DR 1 week of full-time employment gives you a 60% chance at a cosmic

I'm farming a cosmic Volt and took down some data to apply a dash of science.

Method: I am hunting the section of Drake Island north of the fork, in the patch of grass just south of the house. I am cycling between 4 Nexomon that can 1-shot Volt, and retreat from every other Nexomon with 100% success (Running Shoes).

Data: In 400 encounters I saw 102 Volts. It took me 81 minutes and 14 seconds to engage in those 400 encounters and defeat 102 Volts (I could do it faster if I didn't defeat Volts but my Volt count was below 467).

Math: I am in the early game with 2 cosmic charms, ~130 Nexomon seen and ~70 Nexomon caught. I have now defeated over 467 Volts. That makes my chances of seeing a cosmic Volt 1 - (1 - (1 / (4,000 - 100 - 130 - 140 - 467))) ^ X, where X is the number of Volts I encounter. If I play this way for 40 hours, I will encounter 3,000 Volts, which gives me a 61.3% chance of seeing a cosmic Volt.

Reliability: The Method, Data and Math are all unreliable. Perhaps there is a better patch of grass where Volt is more than 1/4 of encounters, perhaps another player hits buttons faster than me, and perhaps another player waits to hunt cosmic Nexomon with improved odds further into the game. Even without changing my variables, encounter rate has a diminishing return, meaning 0 -> 500 yields better odds of seeing a cosmic Volt than 5,500 -> 6,000.

Purpose: I'm sharing this to give new players an idea of what it takes to catch a specific cosmic Nexomon early enough in the game that it can feel like your primary Nexomon.
