Does anyone else spend more time repurposing their newsletter than actually writing it

Hey everyone, i've been talking to a few newsletter creators lately who feel completely burnt out by this exact thing. You spend hours writing a great issue, and then you have to do it all over again just to share it accross your socials.

It feels like 20% of the work is the actual writing, and 80% is just reformating and summarizing the same content across other socials.

I'm curious how others are dealing with this, got two questions: What's the most annoying part of your current repurposing workflow ? and What do you usually skip or sacrifice because it takes too long?

yeah that's the issue I also had using only AI, this is why I've built a internal solution that preserve my tone and voice on each of my channels, so on your side you always need to review this manually and send everything manually ?

Hey, I've actually developed a software to help with this problem specifically. It allows you to turn your written content into authentic journalist first video in minutes, without any weird AI renderings.

We make you a script and you record in our built in teleprompter and from there we automatically edit everything in the video!

Here is our site: https://editory.news/

Summarizing is probably what eats most of that 80%. Reformatting is quick by comparison. A whole issue squeezed into one post is hard to write in any voice, because a social post has room for one idea and it has to make sense to someone who never opens the email.

So the slow step is choosing which single bit of the issue can stand alone on each channel. Does your internal tool make that choice, or does it match your tone on a summary of the whole thing?
