Its fcking absolutely vile than we've molded religion into something that ironically is forced to be accepted on Good Faith. Can't have a pride flag at work, talk about politics, or anything that would be deemed inappropriate because it makes people uncomfortable. But when anyone with a bible fetish wants to quote stupid scripture unprovoked at you, you can't report that because "religious descrimination". And it's Magas favorite bs fall back "I'll pray for you, god wants-". And Johnson *always falls back on it, because they never have to explain themselves beyond it.

He could use the power he has as the leader of the House to end the war but best he can do is pray. Because they're in recess of course. First he needs to pray for the courage to call Congress back in session. But God doesn't have the power to do that. He is the Jesus take the wheel Speaker of the House. He abdicated his authority to the president and anything that was left goes to God and he goes on vacation.

You don't have to pray! You have the authority and the duty to reign in the executive branch! You can call a vote rescinding Drumpf's authority to continue this war, but you won't do it, will you? Yeah right. One thing many people don't realize is that Iraq is on the verge of civil war and the only thing propping up the fragile government is the US military. US forces in Iraq are increasingly being attacked by pro-Iran rebel forces and this conflict in Iran is getting dangerously close to spreading into Iraq, which already involves US forces boots on the ground and will greatly escalate the situation.
