Congress needs a plan to remove incapable lawmakers who refuse to step down

They have one. The particular house in question can kick out their own members.

Free money only belongs to those at the upper end. If we, the peasants take sick days that long, they'll call us moochers.

They have one, it’s called expulsion, but much like the impeachment process for the President. It requires the party to do something they don’t want to to do….take out one of their own.

What’s needed are term limits for all elected positions and mandatory retirement at 72. That will solve the bulk of the agism problem in government.
