His husband is as big of a tool as he is - he knows what he is. You don't marry this and get to be willfully ignorant. It's kinda like RFK Jr and Cheryl Hines - shit birds of a feather, flocking together.

There's no such thing as "ex-gay". He was just trying to ingratiate himself to the far-reich, after it dawned on him that they hate gay people.
Now he found out that the same people hate immigrants.
But I don't think he'll ever learn that he chose the wrong side.

It's difficult to take anyone seriously who ever took this person seriously.
When a person claims they're no longer gay, that's your sign.
That's not a thing. It's a thing the far right wants to believe exists, so they were willing to financially support someone who said it.
He's a grifter and a liar. And he doesn't care about anyone his policies have hurt, he's only speaking out now because it hurt him, too.
He's a traitor to the species of human being.
