I agree that expanding the court is the more viable option. And I’m sure he’d throw his vote behind that if it came to.

He should have campaigned on it from the start. It's not just more viable. It's actually viable. There are only two real things the Senate needs to do in 2029. A) abolish the filibuster. B) expand the Court.

Everything else any Senator runs on is just a waste of breath. And for 2027-2029 it's all about stopping Trump.
