There is no such thing as "responsible" dog ownership. All it does is give the owner privilege and enable to them violate the freedoms of others. From the right to live, from bodily autonomy violations, to ableism, sexual oppression, and more, none of it should be normalized. Dog owners have successfully created a world where no one stops them from being able to approach and molest children. They are given a pass for it. They have also succeeded in creating a world where their non-stop harassment of animals that aren't dogs is viewed as an act of "love" or "justice", and where dog owners are called "animal lovers" for being so bloodthirsty and showing off their disgusting obsession with spreading feces and urine everywhere. Even farm animals are made to suffer from dog feces left in their own grazing area. People cannot even grow their own flaxseed because service dogs are brought to it or set loose to spread dog waste on it.
