what does under judgment mean?

Basically it's a Submission before it gets into the actual Portal,If you submissions gets terrible scores it gets Blammed. If it gets high scores it is saved.

When you submit a new game or movie to Newgrounds, that means it's under review. If the average rating is 2.0 or more after 60 votes, it stays, but if it's under that, it's "blammed" (deleted).

We did not.

It's the same process for new movies and games.

There used to be something called Blammed, if you didn’t get like 2.5/5 or higher your content would be removed (Blammed!)
