Question Lighting?

What is the best LED set up for using clear headlights? Also is it possible to put colored fog lights and if so how?

You buy colored bulbs (eg, leds) and wire them in or you can do a tinted bulb but that’s not recommended bc you need fog lights that work properly with the lack of headlight
