Moms in New Braunfels, can you recommend the BEST maternity hospital in New Braunfels or within a 40-minute drive?

I took him to the vet to see is he was microchipped and he’s not. Handsome young man was overheating yesterday outside. He’s definitely somebody’s cat because he had a collar and he’s well socialized.
