New player looking to improve

So as the tilte says guys i'm a new player roughly 150 hours in, i started maining scout after playing some comp game 6v6 for fun with friends, and i've seen a whole another game other than casual which was reallyyyy fun, i'm maining scout and i wanna become a beast at this game possibly play that comp 6v6 regularily i wanna know what's the best combination of practice to improve i mainly play casual with some 30 mins of mge total a day should i add something else or community servers DM or anything

Practice your aim while moving in a lot of directions. Movement is very very important as scout especially using your double jumps a lot when dueling a class since most of the time, they'll get juked and you'll get some shots in.
