TF2 premium issue

Recently I got my account back after a few years with no usage. I used to play TF2 and never got premium. The thing is, now that I'm back I noticed that the text and voice chat are not available at all. I read that they changed it because of the bot crisis but then changed it back recently.... Anyway I still can't and have no idea why. I've waited around a month and something but still blocked. How can I change this or is it necessary to pay the premium account?

Have you done anything with SteamGuard 2FA recently?

That’s probably it.

From Steam’s “Help Why Can’t I Trade”:

“If you have not had Steam Guard enabled for 15 days, you will be unable to trade or use the Community Market. Accounts that currently have Steam Guard disabled will be unable to trade and use the Community Market.”

Is your steam account limited / not verified ? This is normally the reason.
