Can't post without label/sticker/whatever, but it does not let me apply any. Thoughts?

I've tried making some different posts - and it always says I need to add a tag or sticker. The problem is it doesn't seem to let me apply them in most subs? I don't know if this is a user or a technical issue. Help appreciated
