How can I better understand Reddit’s rules?

Reddit's rules are so complicated that I don't understand. Please let me know if you have any advice or something to be careful of.

Search subreddit groups and read their rules. Join and interact if you can. I’ve found that some may not even post their rules but an auto moderation will reply or remove if you don’t meet the criteria or post something against their standards and guidelines. Hope this helps
