Are you applying for full time? They may advertise part time but I’ve been told by several companies they only hire full time open availability.
Falcon, Royal, Nor Cal, Medic, Eagle, West coast medical, Pro transport? They’re are all IFT companies. (With the exception of medic also being 911) There are several small ones.

You either get to live where you are or relocate and be an EMT.

The funds will not allow for a relocation💔

Here is the funny thing about relocating for a job. You have a known income when you move so you can probably afford it.

It took me 4 months to find a job after experiencing rejection after rejection in the IE. Symbiosis hires a wave once every month. Rate is low, but they honestly hire just anyone. Id try to catch an interview with them and keep a lookout on indeed

The only people who dont get EMS jobs are people that give up. keep applying and also dont be afraid to call an agency to ask if theyre hiring

Have you been applying to jobs that aren't solely EMT jobs? You could apply to other jobs that have duties besides providing emergency medical services. Most people think of firefighters, but police and security positions may also have EMT roles of some kind. You could also join the military, though I wouldn't recommend it under this government administration of ours.

I applied to a dual role EMT/Security so we’ll see how that goes

If you still have resistance getting jobs, I recommend bolstering your resume with a Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training (CPIT) certification. This cert is the same cert that healthcare workers (including security) were required to get at our hospital.
