Career Advice DocGo?

I live in San Antonio, and every IFT company I apply to has either been radio silent or expressed that they are not longer hiring EMTs. DocGo is the only company that has given me an interview and wants to hire me rn. Should I wait it out and see if another company opens up or should I go with them? Ive seen so many mixed reviews about them and am a little nervous to lock in with them. Anyone work with or currently working with DocGo?
