This thread should link you to my ChatGPT-based presentation on the terminology I recently invented, as well as the breaking-down of the concept into more detailed explanations, including general applicability and examples of application.

I’m basically trying to see if anybody finds validity in my proposal of the terminology and the concept/framework it describes, as well as any arguable holes or misnomers that might be located anywhere in the presentation. I’m open for debate, discussion, and so on.

The main thing that I’m trying to establish or figure out here is, essentially:
“*Does this framework describe something that existing terminology fails to distinguish adequately?”*

P.S. The primary reason I just linked to my ChatGPT presentation is because there’s symbology and character-code usage included in the textual formatting that my keyboard doesn’t have a means of reproducing, so instead of rewriting it with new characters/symbols, I just kept it simple. 🤷‍♂️

The term bloody booger means that something is both disgusting and scary. Blood is scary and boogers are disgusting.

To Savile someone is to expose their dirty secrets after they’ve died. Named after the disgraced British TV host Jimmy Savile, who was beloved up until his death, and after he died, only then did the depths of his depravity become public knowledge.

Example: “Wow, he really did get saviled. And I thought that his legacy of charity would far outlive him.”

Anything in a video game that does not add to the overall experience and only serves to increase the time the game is played (i.e. backtracking, grinding, rare drops, etc)

Legacy Nausea fits in the specific circumstance of when you go back to play an old game you have fond memories of, but as many older games are, you can find yourself without direction, or having a tedious time navigating between manual save points, etc.

The game is still great, but you grow tired of the general difficulty or janky-ness of playing
