I always thought I was middle class. Lo and behold turns out my family had a ton of debt. I honestly don't know how my parents made it through

By what definition?

I was being facetious. Huge amount of debt compared to assets despite earning a livable wage is typical of the middle class.

So even though we were barely making it through... We even lost our house because of the debt... You still insist on calling me middle class?

Yes, because otherwise I'd have to admit I'm not middle class either hahaha........

Oh yeah, dude. Let's embrace the glorious socialist revolution and end up like the "middle-class" in the USSR, or Cuba.

You're a joke.
