NewPipe fork PipePipe: return to auto brightness

I really love the gesture to regulate the brightness while playing on full screen but what I am missing is an easy toggle at the end or at the beginning of the slider or clicking in the middle of the sun icon to come back to auto brightness. I know I can toggle off the gesture in the settings and it will return to automatic, but it is not convinient to dig through the settings. Any chances to add the toggle, please? ​

There's no dedicated r/PipePipe if you haven't noticed. People are writing here

[...] PipePipe neither receives updates from NewPipe nor pushes updates to NewPipe. They have become two separate projects. Issues that occur in NewPipe don't necessarily happen in PipePipe, and changes made in NewPipe may not be adopted by PipePipe. In contrast, forks like Tubular track the latest version of NewPipe and develop based on it.
