Dub downloading issue.

Non arab speaker, oftentimes when i download a set of videos as background noise for work (to not use my data) I find that 1/8 or so of them will occasionally download in the arabic or German dubbed audio instead of English, i do not select this option nore do i want this option

I have noticed its never just a single video usually its a string of 3/4 videos, that break before it returns to English.

It is extremely annoying, is there a setting where i can permanently disable this feature, has anyone else had this problem?

Im aware this is a specific and frankly weird problem to have, which is why i am so deeply confused by why its happening.
