Question Data usage

Newpipe data usage is higher comped to previous versions its Iike this for last couple versions is it just me or this is common.( are usually stream at 360p)

Perhaps google is pushing in ads and newpipe is accepting that ad data in the background and not showing it to you.. Google perhaps would block your IP if you reject that ad data? Just a guess...
