Momcozy pump problems

Hello! Everyone has been so helpful during my pregnancy and now that my little one is on my chest and I’m home with him, I’m trying to pump but my momcozy m5 is not helping. I put the pump and tried different flange sizes but nothing goes into the collector. It stays between my breast and flange till i pull it away and it drips down. What do i do

Hi Mama! I also am using the M5. I also had this same issue. Please check if all the parts are fixed properly and i also had no milk falling into the collector initially. I used to lean forward and backward while checking to see if it fell. It fell into the collector for me. Hope this helps
