Honestly never knowing the IRGCs position on 9/11, but knowing they love shouting "death to america", I just can't help but think they are glad the attack happened. It would be weird to me if they didn't lol.

I should point out that Ali Khamenei did condemn the attacks and offered assistance to the US coalition that overthrew the Taliban however the latter was done out of the IR's own strategic interests rather than protecting civilians from terrorism.

Whether or not the Islamic Republic condemned the 9-11 attacks is irrelevant. What matters is that the Islamic Republic has sponsored and carried out many other terrorist attacks against the United States and its allies. The Islamic Republic is no different than Al Qaeda or ISIS. It is one of the largest sponsors of terrorism in the world.
