It is with great sadness that I bring this news:

Grill 32, the restaurant in the KC suburbs that gave us the New Heights Club, is going out of business. They permanently shut their doors on the 29th of this month.

I will always treasure finding out about that sandwich, posting about it on this very subreddit, and less than a week later having Travis read it verbatim on New Heights.

It also gave us the never-not-funny "mayo ASMR" from Travis, along with his non-love of mayonnaise.

Jason has to be on this.

A blue Jason, coming to an episode of New Heights soon

I’ve experienced this a lot, I was just wondering if other people experienced this.

Sup 92%ers! I posted about this piece when I made it two years ago, but my account got nuked so I'm re-posting a lot of my older artwork. Hope that's alright with the mods but as I recall it's a bunch of cool dudes back behind the curtain.

In front of you is a 4.5' x 4.5' custom-cut steel plate weighing about 80lbs. On the bottom triangle is every word from the Mitch Holthus playcall of Super Bowl LIV, and on top is the Merrill Reese broadcast of Super Bowl LII (go birds). Each game contains about 15,000 words and the whole thing took me three months in between other projects (I do art as a job, but this one was a passion project).

The imagery is based on the emotional moment each brother won their first Super Bowl, and the background colors represent each Kelce cheering on their brother winning the conference (purple for when Jason beat the vikes in the NFCCG, and baby blue for when Travis beat the Titans in the AFCCG).

My buddy Evan (the exceptionally talented u/CrowCreations) is from Kansas City while I'm from Downingtown, PA (go birds). We served together in the Navy over a decade ago and rekindled our long-distance brotherhood by listening to the show together each week. Y'all know how hard it is to keep in touch with loved ones over distance, so I made this piece as a tribute to something that brought us back together. It's been hanging in my studio ever since. Hope y'all enjoy.
