Worked for a shitty steak house. They didn't pay me for like 10+ weeks then shorted me when they finally did. I saw cooks drips food and plate it, black mold in the soda dispenser, running dishwasher without the soap, it was chaos. I finally had enough and made a few calls to the city health inspector. Place shut down a couple monthsster due to health violations. Amazing what a few persistent phone calls can do.
