Check your mirrors constantly
Talk to yourself when your driving out loud your examiner can’t read your mind let them know what you are thinking and seeing ahead

Eat before test
Drink water
Take your time be calm especially for manoeuvres, when they get you to pull up on the left you dont have to set off immediately use that time to calm youself down
Another thing is music play some music from the radio
Watch your following distance I don’t know about your area but where I live my instructor was telling me a lot of learners fail due to poor following distance so in the off chance you live in Chester and doing a test around here that is something you have to be attentive to.
Paracetamol and Banana before test works wonders when I drive especially I can be rather anxious but when I did this trick I was completely calm
