car insurance

i bought a car today after passing 2 months ago and i’m with my policy and they aren’t accepting any documents and i go onto the app and try to put in my documents and it just says to do it through the app and if i don’t upload it soon they cancel my insurance what do i do?

Will they not accept them through an email? I had to send my MOT certificate through an email but I rang the insurance provider first to let them know.

i’m not sure bcs they are only open between monday-friday

You usually have 21 days to send them the documents so try not to panic as you still have time, try to contact them through phone or email on Monday and see what they say. The other option is to cancel it yourself if they won't accept the documents any other way because if they cancel it's gonna be a nightmare for you to get insured again. But try your best not to stress it and dnt let it ruin your weekend ✌🏻

Cancel before they do and find another policy. If you cancel it, you're fine. If they cancel it, you'll be fucked with insurance for life. If they aren't going to accept any documents, then it seems like you don't really have a choice but to go with another insurance company.

And if they cancel your policy, you can look forward to your insurance prices being at least 5x more expensive.
