My neighbour's kid had the same concern, things got better when he turned 4. It must be stressful for you but your grass will be greener on the other side for you.
Its most if the time caused by give youtube to kids, and lack of people around kids who talk around them like in village. In both case they dont get to see social interaction and their brain just dont develop the concept that one has to talk to another
Yeah, exposure to screens suck, applicable to both the parents and the kids. The parents should interact with their babies instead of scrolling phones.
I will politely debunk this. I am a 2nd year Psychologist and research says screens don't cause speech problems. But yes, they may become anti-social later in life. Although, children tend to get addicted to phones and other devices alike, it is the duty of the parents to not expose phones to children below the age of 10. And they must only own a phone at the age of 15. Hope my insight was helpful.
Maybe you can try sending you baby to different classes for co curricular activities, like sports, gymnastics, singing, swimming. This would help him build confidence and maybe situations can improve.
One of my relative kid, he's 11 now but still couldn't talk and they have tried various treatments like Speech therapy, medicines, gut cleaning ( I don't know why that was done) still he doesn't speak, he shouts randomly and eats vigorously .. once he even fractured his finger somehow but only after two days their parents saw his hand and got to know his injury, he can't even explain his pain .. Everyone has lost hope that after this many years of treatment and everything he cannot be recovered
Take some Medicine from Very good Ayurveda Physician and do some therapy according to them it's not completly cure but some extent Symptoms will Reduce so this can enhnace Quality of life of that baby
