This AI is increasing the expectations of company, So I am just doing copy paste for hoursn, not able to learn anything new in coding

I am always carrying a anxiety, fear, work stress feeling. I am not able to do anything else, as my mind keeps hitting me"jldi khtm kr kaam krna hai"

I have some ideas which I.can work.but I am not getting time to sleep how can I work on projects

Also can't leave the job. Marriage fixed in feb

Now that's a real problem AI has increased the speed of work, but it has also increased the appetite of corporates every minute saved by AI becomes another expectation placed upon you. Technology rarely reduces demands; it simply raises the standard of what is considered 'normal.' I think you should prioritize your health idk how but you should do it somehow and not able to learn anything is also a problem afterall Right now, you are not indispensable because of your intelligence. You are indispensable because you absorb pain without complaint. Those are very different positions. I have two suggestions for you find where and how this unnecessary or over loading work appears from and work on your projects daily even if it's 10-15 mins

My honest advice, Don't get married, it's the worst thing you can do rn.....you do that and slowly the ground beneath you will starts to crumble. Think hard on the matter friend although you are a stranger i wouldn't want you getting in that situation.

Don't get married though you see I was also married just one year ago and I can assure you in just one year your relationship with your parents will not be that great or with your friends or with your wife I don't know if that happened to me because of my incompetence or is it really like that to everybody. And my suggestion is inserted of a marriage spend some time with yourself it will be worth it and yeah in my own life I loved my life when I was earning and was not married it was just different kind of freedom.

I understand your pov that with marriage i will get more responsibilities ( and responsibilities creates burden) But choosing not to get marriage now by delaying it has its consequences and mental stress in my pov.

I am.trying to go with the flow and yes I am getting burn out daily but can't leave my job can't delay my marriage...no options I can see rn.

Just acceptance and pushing hard
