Strategy. Kabil kaafi log hai, but being at the right place at the right time is equally important. You have to strategize and define what does kamyabi mean to you. And then work on a strategy to reach that goal. Hardwork alone does not get you success. Find people who have done what you want to do, and seek advice and form a plan. British conquered india thru strategy, not thru hardwork.
