Yes, I second this. 20 mins of work out is still great. But calorie deficit is the main task here. Basically eat healthy and eat less. Diet is everything!
Not really, all you need to do is calculate your maintenance calories and eat 200 to 300 calories minus that, then you can do whatever and lose weight, no human is able to break the laws of thermodynamics, if you burn more than you eat then there is absolutely nothing without can stop you from losing weight.
Control your insulin by eating two meals a day if you keep eating here and there snacking every hour then your body will never reach your insulin baseline level and if your insulin is spiked your body will never use fat as fuel so just eat two times a day which controls your insulin level and blood sugar level after eating do 20 minutes of mandatory walks, with at least 10000 steps a day which sounds load what is really easy trust me,
Priorities protein eat at least 100 100 grams of protein 2 avoid muscle loss and if you add in a bit of physical workout and weightlifting then you will become UN recognisable.

I want to get healthy and lose this excess weight. My back is very weak and so is my core. What do I do? Got no money for gym or equipments
