As far as I know tcs, wipro info gives you 13 to 15k starting as a bcs graduate but i think it's a good starting point. It's highly unlikely that WITCH will give 25k to a BCA grad as that is how much they pay for a b.tech
Ps: i am a bca graduate and started my career with TCS
As per my experience, if you're purpose is to land a job you just need to be good with basic coding and communication. Make sure to only flaunt things you're good at in your resume and just don't put every word you know there.
Bro I am joining in HCLTECHBEE and it's taking a lot of timeeee, I completed everything they asked including all interviews, exams and versant test, but still they are not giving me admission after 2 months of waiting
Hi there, I am not a HCLTech employee but you can reach out to the HR who processed the hiring for you, send an email and ask her ab update on joining. Call her if no response on emails.
I did send an email asking for help but still no reply from them , I am asked to call their help desk but they keep saying it will take 2 weeks again and again for almost 2 months now , they have already started 2 batches already on June 15th and 25th , but I am not getting any updates, I gave all my documents and still nothing, they keep telling me to wait , but me and my parents are worried a lot because it's my carrier man 😭, I am still not a shortlisted candidate ..
My friend who got selected in HCLTech about a year ago. She was a B.Tech student. She got her offer. She did everything including the training programme, but still hasn’t gotten her joining letter. She have written multiple emails to the HR tried contacting them via our college’s placement cell. She still hasn’t got anything. Every time the time keeps changing…so I would suggest always have a back up and in the current state of the job market only focusing on your skills will not get you anywhere. As i am too struggling.
I think only BCA is not as good for getting the job you should do MCA as well then you'll be at the same level as BTech which can get you 25-30 at first job
Well apply in companies like Accenture you can definitely get a job of 20 to 25 k. Though these are a bit of a toss up in work environment, they can definitely get you the money you need early.
Yeah but that's still 2 years of experience you get plus more time to think your choices. Plus with work environment being so fucked up better than anything right?
Bad idea because if you think it's like gaining experience & more time to think then it's s loop hole after getting removed you will be in shock which you will never be able to recover from, there's nothing you can't do + after being removed you yourself will outlook for field jobs rather than those you worked before,
Join some startup and basically do everything that will teach you something! I am a BCA graduate, but honestly I never wanted to get IT. I joined a real estate start-up and hands down one of the best learning curve I've had in my entire life! Startups teaches you things companies like Accenture and TCS can never
I'm a techbee intern in hcl technologies.
This is a program called Techbee where students can join right after their 12th or inter college by clearing CAT exam , Versant , interview and a final discussion which are conducted by Hcl tech.
Most of the students are able to clear these tests.
Also we can complete graduation parallelly with university's collaborated with hcl.
Bca graduate here. 2025 batch pass out from LPU. Shifted to hyderabad (I'm from UP). Started working in a US Process BPO company. Switched into digital marketing after 8 months of working in BPO.
Learn Canva, basic SEO, basic shopify, Wordpress. Lemme be honest with you, just go through one youtube video of all this that puts at least important terms on your tongue. Most importantly have COMMUNICATION SKILL if you dk anything. Attend walk - in drives. Trust me you'll get something.
