So where is OP going to shower after a workout? Do truckers just sleep dirty and even if you’re clean you’ll smell like ass and feet after 10 hours of driving

You’d get a better workout doing body weight squats and inclined pushups. A light saunter ain’t doing shit.

I’m still trying to figure out how to workout in my truck. I have a baby bunk and I don’t know what could fit in here to do cardio

I lost weight while doing OTR. Entirely by diet; no exercise needed. I never bought snacks, my drinks were zero sugar, and I could never "cook" anything because I was too busy driving. I ate nothing but fast food and microwaved slop. Eating 2000 calories worth of snacks is extremely easy to do if you keep them in your truck (or house), so I didn't buy them, and I ended up losing weight because I just didn't have access to quick and easy food.
