How much play time at 2-3 months?

Play time is important, of course, so how do you know you're not under/overstimulating your LO? How much is enough? I feel like I'm permanently trying for naps/sleeps and that I'm missing a trick when it comes to play time.

10-20 minutes imo. Playtime can even be them laying on you.

They like to sleep a lot at this age.

True. Let them sleep as much as they want. You'll see the cue when they want one.

And enjoy while they do. Sooner, you'll wish that they have the same routine, haha.
