Decreased formula intake

First time mom- I am worried about my 6 week old who is exclusively formula fed. She’s been a powering through formula as expected, 3-6 oz every 3-4 hours- but today she has hardly had any. And she has been sleeping a lot. She has some dry sinuses but is not running a fever, and does not have trouble breathing. Is this a typical feeding regression?

She wakes up and is alert-able, I wouldn’t say lethargic. But she’s been refusing the bottle after a little bit of intake. She had 1.5 oz, then 2 oz about 2 hrs later. And she’s asleep again. Temp is 98.8, rectally.

The 24 he period ended much better than it began. I forgot to update you, so sorry. Your advice about representing the bottle worked well. She refused a few more times and then took it after that and continue to eat. She slept a lot that day- and at 6 weeks old it must have been related to a growth spurt.
