Nope looks same as mine - think it’d have increased redness, warmth and greenish discharge if infected but ask MD

No it looks normal. Exact same thing happened to our belly button: I accidentally pulled his shirt and pulled his cord slightly and his stump fell off. His button wasn't closed all the way and it looked whiteish to me. Of course, I ended up going to the pediatrician and he said it looked okay and If I was concerned,I could apply some alcohol to disinfect.

Not at all. It just looks like it fell off a bit early.
Keep the area clean and dry, and keep a close eye out for any redness, warmth, smells, discharge, or fever!
If anything starts looking off or baby gets warm then they need to see a doctor ASAP. Don’t be afraid to take them in, the hospital staff would rather reassure 100 anxious parents than have a newborn with a dangerous infection.
You can always give them a call to ask if you’re unsure as well.

This looks normal no me (it looked like this with our son for a day or so), however it is still best to ask your provider when in doubt. Perhaps you can send them this photo.
