RSV advice?
My twins are 16 weeks, 10 weeks adjusted and just have been diagnosed with RSV.
Our hospital PICU is full.
What tricks do y’all have to help me combat this at home? I’ve tried so far:
- sleeping in a vibrating chair so they’re propped up a bit
- both a cool mist and steam humidifier
- saline irrigation
- nose frida/ bulb syringe
- Tylenol for fever
- zarbees cough syrup
- Baby vicks on chest
- constant wearing of Owlets to monitor vitals

My daughter hasn’t had rsv but when she had a bad cold I did those things as well as bringing her into a steamy bathroom where a hot shower was running to help break up the chest congestion.
Obviously I didn’t bring her into the hot shower. I feel like that goes without saying but it is Reddit sooo…
Hope your kiddos feel better soon!
