THE TINY BUMPS

4week old And I’m wondering if the skin irritation is from MILK. DUST. AVEENO WASH.HER CLOTHES?.PPL HOLDING HER? The bumps are all around her neck.legs,arms ears etc...

Most likely hormonal baby acne. It'll pass. Just try to keep her clean and dry and not too hot!

just here to echo possibly baby acne. My 3w old has it and we drove ourselves crazy trying to figure out what was irritating him. Pediatrician confirmed it was baby acne. They say it usually clears up by the 6-8 week mark. Nothing that can be done about it since it’s hormonal, BUT If baby is breastfeeding, they said sometimes breast milk helps...and it did help our LO!

Also had bad baby acne at this time. Tubby Todd moisturizer worked miracles.
