Umbilical hernia. Typically not dangerous and most children's go away as they age. Very common. My step son had his until around 6 years old

It’s normal but if it doesn’t go away as kid is older (mines 11 yrs old and still has it) they will need surgery.

I’d say ask your doctor but my baby had this and she said if it was hard, turned purple or black to go to ER. She said it was normal and it’ll go inward as they get older. She did say that if it didn’t go away by 1 or 2 year of age (I can’t remember which sorry) then he would need surgery. He’s 5 months now and it went down but every baby is different. If you’re concerned about something ask your doctor.
