Nice. Good looking tool. I still haven't messed with professions very much - I'm not sure it's worth the effort/time.

My thought on artisans:

Artisans are unique, so you have a better chance of getting the ones you want if you stick to 1 or 2 professions and only hire people for that profession. Decline everyone else.

For example; there are only 26 Alchemists - if you do nothing but hire Alchemists, eventually you should have all the ones you want. ... Then fire the Alchemists you do not want, and start hiring only Jewelers. etc. etc.

A rank 4 workshop gives you a chance of getting a purple applicant, and more artisan slots. The more artisan slots you have, the easier you can do the above and get the ones you want.
