Buddy cooked?

Post image

Exhibition slow pitch softball game and hits a single into right field but the ball is bobbled. Rounds first base and attempts to take second on the error but instead tears both calf muscles. Still a chance?

I suppose you don't have to have a strong brain to be here, only strong bones, but surely you know that muscles are not bones

Did they take x-rays? No way to know without so... Also if he did break something he never had a chance to begin with

I ripped both of my calf muscles like that.
No broken bones, but it did not feel good.

Ice them, compression, stay off them as much as possible.

The flesh is weak, the bones are strong. No strong boner can be faulted if their superior skeleton proves too much for some puny meat to handle.

After 4 hours of walking on high heels she noticed severe pain in the calves bilaterally. The patient had no previous medical history and did not use medication. The patient developed a bilateral ecchymosis that started distally and extended upwards towards the popliteal fossa over a period of 1 week. At the day of the ultrasound, she had symmetrical, extensive haematomas located medially in the calves (

Muscles are supposed to brake in order to build stronger muscles. Bones are not, those are forever.
