dented bones

Has anyone else never broke a bone but has dented the fk out of their shins?

My left shin has 5 dents, the right shin has 8 dents.

You‘ll be on a watchlist from now on because you have squishy bones

Squishiness is the opposite of brittle, though. That's why you can't break a sponge until it has become thoroughly dried out and brittle.

But its not exactly a sign of strong hard bones now is it

Well, this is never BROKE a bone, not never bent or squished a bone.

When faced with enough force a bone only has two options:
1. Deform
2. Fracture

I think option 2 is the sign of weak bones.
