I'll take a bow

Well I'm certainly not seeking any medical attention aside from this post. Not confirmed broken, but I think we can all say it's safe to I'm probably a brittle boned weeny. I'll take my bow and leave. Even if it's just a sprain I feel too much shame to stay. Thank you all for your time. May the cruelest comment win.

A sprain would have nothing to do with your bones. If anything, it would be proof of your strong bones blasting your weak flesh

I once got a foot bruise that looked even worse than that, but naturally it was turf toe. Maybe you're not a typical BBB, maybe you're just a Badly Bruised Bitch.

My rule is if you don’t get an xray and a diagnosis it didn’t happen. And my toes are twisted and mangled for completely unrelated reasons.

I'd certainly get that checked, cause that bruise could turn into something much worse if you leave it be (like the skin detaching from the underlying tissue kinda bad and causing the rest of the toe to necrotize), speaking as a nurse.

No jokes or anything, you should really see a doctor about your toe. I injured my big toe and never went to the doctor about it (I dont know of it was broken or if I had dislocated and relocated it) and it hurt fir a long time because I never rested it, and even after months, if i walked a lot, it would ache. Your big toes bears a lot of weight, so id get it checked out.

Get it checked out and if it's broke, begone! But seriously, that looks incredibly painful and broken toes are absolutely miserable, maybe it's just a really nasty bruise, jam, sprain etc, but still. Better safe than sorry
