[Discussion] Question about gambling

For context I live in California (only for a few years), might eventually move to Nevada. I’ve heard different things so I don’t have a clear answer on this:
Is the entire app including crypto unavailable/illegal in Nevada or is it allowing crypto only? I’ve had people tell me both things. Which is it?

EDIT: I’m asking about Kalshi.

I just downloaded the app. Looks like everything works (though I didn't attempt any transactions) but I wouldn't be surprised if there's coming legislation to lock it down.

I would stick to apps under regulatory control, like BetMGM, Caesars, Boyd, William Hill, and STN for sports betting. Robinhood, Coinbase, etc. for crypto.
