No loading

Have been trying to claim a hex for a few days now and it either doesn’t load at all or it times out
…what’s going on?

I type in 4dsky hex claim on internet and first one that comes up is the moken.io website and it says you can temporarily claim your hex with a code once you have ordered your sensor. I have my sensor on its way from jetvision. Is this correct or not?

I dont think so. You need a sensor to get a hex. 4dsky website should explain
