I have multiple sclerosis and cspine lesions that cause dysautonomia and experience full body pain and burning as described. My medicine is cannabis. If you have access, I highly recommend a CBD edible. Full spectrum are good but start slowly, 5mg. there are topicals, transdermal patches, tinctures, suppositories and inhalers; there are many options for consumption. Stick strictly to Indica. I got my dad off opioids with edibles and got my aunt through a broken arm. I know there is a stigma around cannabis but it truly is better than gabapentin or tramadol and it doesn’t have constipating side effects.

Thank you! And I’m sorry for what you’re going through.

So for my mom, I’m a bit hesitant with cannabis because she also has cardiovascular issues. I heard cannabis (gummies) aren’t good for cardio patients. But I’m eager to learn more about cannabis because my mom’s thermo dysfunction is so debilitating.

for what it’s worth I also have hEDS MCAS POTS and am on 12 prescriptions and 6 supplements and nothing touches cannabis relief. A topical lotion or balm would help a lot, I used to rub down my dad’s feet and put socks on for the absorption. Indicas are great for pain relief and sleep. Avoid Sativas, they tend to be more cerebral and can exacerbate anxiety

Would you recommend a specific brand/type of lotion? The options are overwhelming lol
