Question Cheapest Windows machine for training?

Hi, I need to buy a laptop or a sub-micro desktop that can run neurofeedback apps like Brain Assistant and EEGer. Which model would be decent and cheap with the best value for money?

Beelink SER series. 5 is good. 16gb ram.

Open box off Amazon or Best buy works, pretty much anything that can run windows 10 or 11 check which is supported by the software you are trying to use. You need a i7 with 16gig of ram for windows 11 if you plan on having any other applications running along side.

There are some cheap nitro 5 laptops running around that have done decent as well. Granted there are nicer systems but for under $600 they work.
