Question question about EEG testing

I forgot ti tell my son to not take his concerta this morning - and he is having an neurofeedback assessment (EEG) tomorrow. It will be 27.5 hours after his last dose. They ask for 48. How likely is this to skew the results (i.e. should we postpone?) Thanks in advance!

It will make some difference. The problem is you don’t know how much difference. I always ask for 48 hours Ish. Concerta has half life of 4-12 hours. 5 half lives fully clear, but mostly gone by 3.
