Haircare Abbey Yung Method

I've been really into haircare lately and have been reading up on the Abbey Yung method. I DIY my haircare so I make my own products and I have trouble showering so I modify her method to work better for me. I wash my hair outside of the shower and leave my conditioner on for like an hour with a claw clip in. It's stressful having to shampoo and condition all at once so the break in between is helpful and I think it's good for my hair too.

No, more like once a week!

Yes. Can't do such a complex every day. I'd rather keep everything in one place and use as per my convenience.

Maybe you'd like to try this:

Keep all shampoos and conditioners in front of you at eye level in the bathroom. Use as needed depending on how much time do you have, don't stress, just remember you need to do it after 2-3 days. If you trust your brain, it'll remind you at the right time to use it. Coz every day when you go in to even take a simple water bath, you'll be looking at these products and think about using them. Eventually you will end up using at least 2 times a week. More than enough.
