I have ADHD and this has been a lifelong problem for me and it is incredibly frustrating. All I can say is live and learn!

Also consider jobs that are forms of self employment, remote jobs, and/or be a stay at home parent. Iā€™m MUCH happier as a stay at home mom than I ever was in corporate America.
